Christmas Kindness 2016

Introducing my own Christmas Kindness Challenge.  I will be doing a Random Act of Christmas Kindness each day leading up to Christmas.  One simple act has the power to brighten someone’s entire day.  I encourage you to join me on my journey, or make your own to spread the positivity!

  1. Introduce yourself to someone new.
  2. Buy lunch for a homeless individual.
  3. Pay for someone else’s coffee.
  4. Tape quarters on a vending machine for someone to use.
  5. Give someone an unsolicited compliment.
  6. Leave flowers on the windshield of a car.
  7. Write a letter of appreciation to someone who positively influenced you.
  8. Say thank you to someone who does a hard job that is often taken for granted.
  9. Meaningfully ask someone how they are and really listen.
  10. Bring in a treat to work for your coworkers to enjoy.
  11. Hang posters with mini candy canes.
  12. Leave a gift for someone unexpecting.
  13. Bring something nice for a bus driver.
  14. Do something nice for someone you dislike/ who dislikes you.
  15. “Drop” ten dollars in the parking lot.
  16. Leave a positive note in a book in a thrift store/ library.
  17. Tape bags with $1.06 to items in a dollar store.
  18. Leave a gift for your mailman in your mailbox.
  19. Pay for the person behind you in a drive-through.
  20. Donate clothing you don’t need.
  21. Bring in treats to your bank.
  22. Leave a bag of popcorn on a Redbox.
  23. Rent a Redbox movie and leave a positive note and a five dollar bill in the case when you return it.
  24. Leave $10 at a gas station pump.
