Cardi-oh no…

Trust me when I say I am NO fan of cardio.  However, even I can’t deny the effectiveness of a solid cardio workout.  My go-to cardio workout is an hour on the elliptical.  I typically go for a routine in which I alternate between a higher resistance,  lower altitude and a lower resistance, higher altitude.  I do ten minutes per variation back and forth until the hour is up.  To help the time pass quicker, I head down to the gym with my tablet and headphones in hand.  I’ll either do an episode of an hour long tv show, or if I’m behind on work, I’ll open up some notes or a research article with Pandora radio on in the background.  Don’t forget to stay hydrated and cap off the workout with a healthy snack within twenty minutes of finishing!  Good luck!
